Week One -Goal-Set Like Your Year Depends on It

We get CRYSTAL clear on your goals. Want a promotion, new job, move house, new/ better relationship, heal from limiting beliefs that have been running the show? This is the week we outline our target to tame in six weeks’ time. We are also going to implement healthy habits like daily movement, whole foods, a bedtime routine, and building in moments of connection and outside time.

** For couples, there will be a solo session for each person this week**

Week Two/Three- Go Back in Time

We are the collection of our lived experiences and sometimes, frankly, they have sucked. I don’t think we need to ruminate on the negative (clearly, this is going to be our best year ever!?) but we do need to understand where those stumbling blocks have come from, what that voice in your head is saying and why. To get nerdy on you, we are in the psychodynamic phase, where we hit those early life experiences and subsconcious beliefs and understand why we are the way we are.

Week Four/Five- Time to Level Up with ACTION

Now we are cooking. We have talked about our dream so much we can see it running it our head like a movie, we have delved into the past to understand why we haven’t made them a reality YET, and now its time to act. To get nerdy on you again, this is the solution-focused, CBTish time where we take action on breathing real life into our goals. Week Six- Personalized Blueprint to Stay the Course

We have to say goodbye, already!? Well no, you can totally stay on or schedule maintenance sessions whenever you need. BUT by now, you should be feeling more alive than you have in a long time with that morning walk in the fresh air, fuelled by nutritious food, in love with life and the people in it…and driven to see that goal through. So we don’t want to fall off this beautiful bandwagon, right!? This is the session we make a plan to keep you cruising and on track.

Hi, I’m Kelly!

I am a Registered Counselling Therapist (Candidate) and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I have my Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology.

I’m like anyone, I need accountability and a plan to stick to if I want to change habits and mindset, especially when life is so busy with parenting, work and everything else. I was stuck in the Netlfix with snacks nighttime cycle, waking up feeling terrible before I started getting serious about the Big Five (whole food, movement, outdoor time, sleep and connection). Since I have made those part of my everyday, I have so much more energy, better moods, and my body is feeling so much better.

What kind of support do I get in between sessions?

I have created daily prompts for journalling so you can keep track of your progress. The biggest motivator is progress afterall. These lifestyle changes can be a little intangible at first which is why journalling is so important so you can look back and see how far you have come. I am also available on email too but most people feel very supported with one session a week.

Do I need anything for this?

A journal, for sure. Unless you want to print out the worksheet prompts and fill those out everyday. You know yourself best, so whatever you think works! You could even write updates in your notes app on your phone too. A step counter would be really benefitial as well. I love my Oura Ring because it tracks sleep, stress, heart rate, my chronotype, temperature and steps but its expensive so totally not needed. A $10 step counter would work or just keeping track of the time spent moving.

I don’t know anything about healthy eating. Do you have resources?

I will connect you with amazing online guides or nutritionalists if you want to go that route. Same with gyms, personal trainers or online movement programs. None of this is needed, and there are a ton of free resources you can pull from that I will send.

What happens after six weeks?

Ideally, you feel a wholeeee lot better, mentally and physically. You will have habits that actually work and that you know you can stick to, you will feel rested, energized and (maybe) some gut or skin issues cleared up. You can continue with counselling or you can fly solo, knowing you have the skills to keep up your progress.

What if I want to quit early?

You do you! This isn’t like a coaching program where you have to pay upfront (although there is an option for that). This is counselling so you are billed weekly after a session and you can submit that to your insurer for reimbursement. You can quit at anytime or if life comes up and you have to end for some reason, we can always pick up where we left off in the future.

How much is it?

The hourly rate is $175 per session and you can submit the receipt to your health insurance company for reimbursement. Price options are below. For six weeks, this comes out to $1,050.

Couples sessions run longer and are more involved than 1:1 sessions. This includes worksheets and email support for both people over the six weeks.

$950

If you don’t have benefits, this option might work for you. Pro: there is a $100 cost decrease. Con: You pay for the full six weeks. This option also works for people who need accountability and want to commit to the full program.
