Hi, I’m Monet Goode.

This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what we believe in. We’re here to create work that matters, led by a shared commitment to quality and care.

My Approach

She's pregnant. You love her. And you have absolutely no idea what she needs from you right now.

Coaching for expectant dads who want to show up — and don't know how.

Pregnancy changes everything. Your partner's body is doing something extraordinary. Her emotions are all over the place. She's scared and excited and exhausted and sometimes unreachable — and you're standing on the sidelines trying to figure out the right thing to say, doing your best, and getting it wrong anyway.

This isn't because you don't care. It's because no one taught you what "support" actually looks like during pregnancy — and "just be there" isn't an instruction.

Kelly Linehan works with expectant dads to give them something most men don't have going into this: a language. What to say when she cries and you don't understand why. How to ask what she needs without shutting her down. How to stay present when you're scared too but feel like there's no room for that. How to be the partner she needs without quietly disappearing into the role of logistics coordinator.

This is practical coaching rooted in communication, emotional attunement, and what the research actually tells us about how couples survive — and even grow — through the perinatal period. Delivered in a short, structured container designed for men who want to do this right.

What this covers:

  • What your partner actually needs (vs. what you assume she does)

  • How to listen without immediately trying to fix

  • How to express your own fear without adding to hers

  • Navigating changing intimacy, identity, and roles before the baby arrives

  • Communication tools for the third trimester and early postpartum

Who this is for: Expectant fathers who feel helpless, overwhelmed, or like they're constantly saying the wrong thing — and want to change that before the baby arrives.

Format: 4–6 sessions, individual coaching. Virtual across Nova Scotia and Ontario.
